She is a wedding planner and the blog is full of "very colourful people."
Most probably, the people mentioned in the blog has left their brain behind, didn't have any to start with or got a massive -100 intelligence modfier when the event "wedding" is active.
Updates : The blog is now dead as she have left the weirdos behind for a greener pasture. But it's still very funny read though.
