各式油菜 = Every form rape
烧春鸡 = Burn the spring chicken
家乡一品锅 = 1 article pot : home town
He called it Manglish. It's sure to make you really hungry after laughing so hard. His site also contains articles on his experience there. Quite interesting to read how things looked to a foreigner.
